Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your wuv.u order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
- Returns are accepted for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
- Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Final sale items, promotional gifts, and discounted bundles are not eligible for return.
- Exchanges are only offered if a product arrives damaged or incorrect. In such cases, email info@wuvu.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- For eligible returns, email info@wuvu.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for shipping it back.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
