Wuv.u is a beauty brand based in New York, United States, offering makeup and related products inspired by New York self expression and Korean beauty formulas. When we say “we,” “our,” or “us,” we’re talking about wuv.u. When we say “you” or “your,” we mean you — the customer, visitor, or user.

2. Using Our Site

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or product unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your wuv.u order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Opened cosmetics cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Final sale items, promotional gifts, and discounted bundles are not eligible for return.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@wuvu.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
For eligible returns, email info@wuvu.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions for shipping it back.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

6. Product Information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, colors, and images are accurate.
Colors may appear differently depending on your device’s display.
All products are for personal use only and not for resale.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including text, images, logos, and product names, belongs to wuv.u and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wuv.u will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
